What services do you offer?
We provide professional film and video studio hire, audio recording spaces, and equipment rentals. Our studios are equipped with the latest technology to support a range of creative projects, including film shoots, music recordings, and post-production.
Do you only work with clients in London?
No, we welcome clients from across the UK and internationally. Our location in London provides easy access for both local and out-of-town clients.
What are your studio hire rates?
Our pricing depends on the specific studio and the duration of the booking. Please visit our booking page or contact us for a custom quote based on your project needs.
What is the booking process?
Simply choose your desired studio, check availability, and complete the online booking form. Once payment is received, your booking will be confirmed. We’ll send you all necessary details and help you prepare for your session.
What is your cancellation policy?
A confirmed booking is a mutual commitment which will be binding on both sides so please only confirm a booking that you are confident will go ahead. However, If, due to unforeseen circumstances, cancellation becomes unavoidable. Please let us know ASAP and if we are able to re-sell your dates we will happily credit

Do I need to meet with you before booking?
Not necessarily. Most bookings can be handled online or over the phone. However, for larger or more complex projects, we recommend scheduling a studio tour or consultation
STUDIO AND EQUIPMENT HIRE
Can I change my studio hire booking?
Yes, you can change your booking time or date, but rebooking fees may apply depending on the notice period. Please review our “Terms and Conditions” for full details.
Can I cancel my studio or equipment hire booking?
Yes, cancellations are allowed, but fees may be charged depending on when the cancellation occurs. Please check our cancellation policy for more information.
Can I arrive early to set up for my booking?
We recommend including set-up time within your booking hours. Early arrivals are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply if set-up time extends beyond your scheduled booking.
Does the studio hire include equipment?
Basic equipment is included with most studio bookings. Additional equipment can be hired for an extra fee. Make sure to confirm your equipment needs in advance.
STUDIO FACILITIES
Do you have parking?
Yes, we offer parking spaces for up to 4 cars. Special arrangements, including disabled access and early reservations, can be made. Please inform us of any specific requirements ahead of time.
Is there a make-up space available?
Yes, we have dedicated make-up areas in our studios to accommodate your team.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, all of our studios are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, which is available for free to all clients during their bookings.
Can I get equipment delivered to the studio before the shoot?
Yes, we can accept deliveries before your booking, but please arrange this with us in advance to ensure availability and storage space.
What if I need overtime?
If you need to extend your booking, please inform us as early as possible. Overtime fees may apply, depending on the availability of the studio.
Can we bring our own catering?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own catering or use your preferred caterer. We can also recommend caterers if needed.
Will someone be available to help set up?
A member of our team will be on hand to answer any general queries during setup. Please let us know before hand should you need any particular skills or specific assistance.
COPYRIGHT AND CONTENT USE
Who owns the copyright of the work created in the studio?
The copyright for any work produced in our studios will usually belongs to the client.
